The location was very good, close to many restaurants and malls. the room had a big and comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with a big shower. the breakfast was very tasty as well, with an ample supply of options.

One of the major issues I faced during my business trip was the constant noise in the hotel. I could hear loud TV noises and kids screaming all night, which made it hard to sleep.

Terrible location and staff not very helpful on local knowledge, just advise you "dont go out at night"

I liked the jacuzzi bath and the fact that the staff though few, were very helpful.

Breakfast is delicious and plenty, with a beautiful, soothing ambiance, and the massage service is awesome. This retreat is highly recommended to anyone in need of peace and serenity.

The spa treatments were absolutely fantastic and left us feeling completely rejuvenated. The hotel is nestled in a tranquil and peaceful garden, with beautiful hideaway corners perfect for meditation. The rooms were pristine, with underfloor heating and a spacious bathroom with a big shower and bath. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. We also loved the lovely breakfast room and the delicious breakfast that was served. The hotel also provided amenities such as ironing facilities, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. a truly memorable experience!

Spending Christmas at this retreat was amazing! The grounds were beautiful and offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us suggestions on nearby activities and always making sure we had everything we needed. The massage I received was one of the best I have ever had and the breakfasts were delicious.

The shower in our room wasn't functioning properly and we had to request maintenance to come and fix it. the Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work well in some areas of the hotel.
